Larry Fitzgerald caught two passes for 13 yards in Sunday's Week 17 loss to the 49ers.
Fitzgerald's nightmare season finally comes to an end, and it had nothing to do with diminishing skills at all. The 29-year-old posted just two 100-yard games in 2012 while playing with a multitude of inept quarterbacks. Fitz recorded just 71 catches for 798 yards and four touchdowns. He hadn't been held under 1,000 yards for a season since he played in just 13 games in 2006, his third season in the NFL. The four scores is a career-worst. Fitzgerald's 2013 outlook remains dim at the moment, but we'd have to assume Arizona is going to do all they can to fix the quarterback situation. He should return to WR1 form if the team finds a competent signal caller.
