Kevin Walter (back, PUP) suffered a "minor" setback in his recovery last week. Walter is eligible to come off PUP as early as Monday, but the Titans say he's not particularly close to a return. The 32-year-old underwent disc surgery in late July. It's possible he doesn't play at all this season.
