Kevin Elliott is expected to draw the start opposite Justin Blackmon with Cecil Shorts (concussion) ruled out for Week 14. Undrafted out of Florida A&M, Elliott has seven receptions for 70 yards for the Jags this season. While he's a good bet to draw 6-8 targets with Antonio Cromartie shadowing Justin Blackmon, Elliott has shown nothing to suggest fantasy owners should roll the dice against a Jets defense allowing the 27th-most points to wide receivers.
