Free-agent quarterback Joshua Dobbs signed with the Cleveland Browns on Friday, according to Adam Schefter of ESPN. The move puts Dobbs fourth in command behind Deshaun Watson, Baker Mayfieldand Jacoby Brissett, though he could move up the depth chart if Watson gets suspended or Mayfield finds himself traded. The 27-year-old had minimal game experience with the Steelers and Jaguars, completing 10 passes for 45 yards and one touchdown.
