Josh Morgan caught five passes for 45 yards in Week 12 versus San Francisco. With Leonard Hankerson (knee) out for the season, Morgan was active and got the start opposite Pierre Garcon. He saw six targets and caught all five of his passes on simple quick-hitters in the first half. This is just about his ceiling. Morgan isn't a fantasy option in Washington's basic "attack."
