Oakland Raiders running back Josh Jacobs and wide receiver Tyrell Williams will both be active for Sundays tilt versus the Vikings. Jacobs was dealing with an illness and a hip issue earlier this week, but will once again lead the backfield in touches after getting in a full practice Friday.
