Oakland Raiders rookie running back Josh Jacobs (shoulder) has officially been ruled out for Week 17 against the Broncos. Jacobs will end his impressive first year in the NFL with 242 carries for 1,150 yards rushing and seven touchdowns. He added 20 receptions for 166 scoreless yards through the air.
