Oakland Raiders rookie running back Josh Jacobs (shoulder) wasn't seen at practice on Thursday for the second straight day. Head coach Jon Gruden said on Wednesday that Jacobs would be questionable for Week 8 against the Texans. That's worrisome since the Raiders play a late afternoon game this weekend.
