Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs caught eight of his nine targets for 82 yards and a touchdown in the team's 27-24 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Downs caught seven of his eight catches from QB Joe Flacco, who replaced QB Anthony Richardson (hip) in the first quarter after he was ruled out of the game.
