Josh Cribbs rushed five times for 20 yards and completed 1-of-2 passes for 13 yards in the Jets' Week 12 loss to Baltimore. Obviously lacking confidence in rookie quarterback Geno Smith, the Jets turned to heavy usage of Wildcat-type plays with ex-Brown Cribbs as the triggerman. Cribbs was just signed off the street on October 15. Knowing Rex Ryan's affinity for the Wildcat, it's entirely possible this package stays as staple of Marty Morhinweg's offense. It was relatively effective in Week 12.
