The Buffalo Bills have decided to rest quarterback Josh Allen for their final preseason game on Friday against the Carolina Panthers. Allen got some time with the rest of the starters in the team's blowout win over the Denver Broncos last Saturday and looked to be in midseason form, so there's no reason for the Bills to risk him to injury in the preseason finale.
