The Seahawks signed Scarbrough to the practice squad Wednesday.

Scarbrough previously spent time with the Seahawks as a rookie back in 2018, and he'll now provide the team with emergency depth at running back. He becomes the second tailback added to Seattle's practice squad in as many weeks, joining Alex Collins, who had been elevated for Sunday's game against the Bills.
