The Chargers signed Addae to the practice squad Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of the Houston Chronicle reports.

Addae's six-year tenure with the Chargers ended in 2019 when he signed with the Texans. He had a rotational role with the Texans, posting 45 tackles, three pass breakups and two interceptions. With Derwin James (knee) out for the year and Rayshawn Jenkins (groin) day-to-day, Addae will serve as trusted veteran depth for the Chargers.
