It's a bit odd to see the Broncos sign a free agent wide receiver after recently releasing 2018 fourth-round pick DaeSean Hamilton (knee), but Willis likely is meant to just provide some depth at the position. The 23-year-old had stints, respectively, with the Browns and Jaguars practice squad last season, but hasn't played in a game since 2019.
