Sloter signed to the Bears' practice squad Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
EDGE Analysis
The 26-year-old had a workout with the team last week and now joins the practice squad while Mitchell Trubisky (shoulder) is unavailable. Tyler Bray is serving as the backup to Nick Foles, so Sloter appears to be an insurance signing more than anything.
