Buffalo signed Coulter to the practice squad Thursday, Chris Brown of the Bills' official site reports.

The 24-year-old Coulter was waived by Chicago on Tuesday to make room for trade acquisition Chase Claypool, though he only suited up for two games with the Bears this season.
