Jets RB Mike Goodson did not report to mandatory minicamp Tuesday. Goodson is subject to $70,000-plus in fines if he skips all three days. He's currently rehabbing a torn ACL, and the team has indicated they've yet to hear from him after he also skipped OTAs. Goodson is expected to be released.
