Jeremy Maclin (shoulder, hamstring) was missing from practice again on Friday. Maclin isn't even observing at practice. The Eagles' leading receiver is said to be even further away than Michael Vick, who has reportedly been ruled out for Week 11. Expect Riley Cooper to draw the start against the Giants, though Steve Smith could very well rotate in with even snaps.
