Jake Locker (Lisfranc surgery) reiterated Monday that he's "ahead of schedule," and is "shooting" to be ready for May OTAs. The Nashville Tennessean's Jim Wyatt posted a TwitPic Monday of Locker with a Nike running shoe as opposed to a walking boot. At this point, we're less concerned with Locker's foot than his on-field ability. Ex-OC Dowell Loggains had Locker playing the best football of his career before the 2013 injury, and he still didn't resemble a franchise quarterback. The coaching staff was fired and replaced by Ken Whisenhunt, who's been noncommittal on Locker as his 2014 starter.
