Jake Locker (Lisfranc surgery) participated in Titans OTAs on Tuesday. He's on track to be full-go by training camp. Locker took part in team drills, afterwards saying he "feels good." Entering the final year of his rookie deal, Locker is learning a new offense under first-year coach Ken Whisenhunt.
