Jake Locker (Lisfranc surgery) is participating in this week's minicamp. Locker also participated in all 10 OTAs, getting back on the field a little earlier than the Titans expected. It's great news for a quarterback that needs all the work he can get and is learning a new offense. Now in his fourth season, Locker must settle down in the pocket and improve on his career completion percentage of 57.2.
