Jake Locker (Lisfranc surgery) is expected to do "most everything" at next week's OTAs. Locker continues to make steady progress off his surgery. He was limited to individual drills in last month's minicamp and is expected to graduate to some team drills next week. By the time training camp rolls around, he'll be roughly nine months removed from the injury. It does not project as an excuse in Locker's make-or-break fourth season.
