Jaguars WR Mohamed Massaquoi has been "a little up but mostly down" in training camp practices. Massaquoi received first-team reps during Saturday's intrasquad scrimmage, but perhaps only because Justin Blackmon (groin surgery) is still on the shelf. Reports out of Jags camp indicate Massaquoi has been outplayed by second-year practice squad WR Mike Brown, as well as rookie slot prospect Ace Sanders.
