Jaguars signed WR Jeremy Ebert and CB Marcus Burley from their practice squad. Ebert will contribute on special teams if he's active on Sunday. It's a sign that Mike Brown (questionable, back) is unlikely to play this week. Burley provides depth with Dwayne Gratz (ankle) and Alan Ball (questionable, groin) dealing with injuries. The Jaguars waived OG Jacques McClendon and DE Chris McCoy in corresponding moves.
