Jaguars signed fourth-round CB Aaron Colvin to a four-year contract. Colvin would have gone higher in the draft had he not been coming off a torn ACL. He ripped his knee up at the Senior Bowl and is a lock to start the season on the reserve/PUP list. The Jags believe he could contribute at some point later this season. Either way, Colvin could compete for a starting job as soon as 2015.
