Jaguars placed WR Stephen Burton on the reserve/retired list. Burton suffered two concussions last season after being claimed off waivers from the Vikings and couldn't shake his second one, ending the year on I.R. The coaching staff had been high on the 6-foot-1, 224-pound West Texas A&M product. Burton caught 15 passes for 149 yards and a score through three seasons.
