Jaguars owner Shahid Khan is optimistic that Blackmon (suspension) will be back with the team for 2015, Ryan O'Halloran of the Florida Times-Union reports. Blackkmon has been suspended indefinitely since the middle of the 2013 campaign, but he will likely apply for reinstatement this offseason. While the Jags are optimistic, the reinstatement is no sure thing, given that Blackmon was reportedly arrested for marijuana possession in July. Still, he'll likely be eligible to play at some point in 2015, assuming he doesn't fail a drug test or have any additional legal issues. While not exactly a burner, Blackmon is faster than he appears, with an impressive combination of strength, ball skills and running ability. He flashed that skill set in 2013, catching 29-of-48 targets for 415 yards and a touchdown in four games. Even with the Jags selecting both Allen Robinson and Marqise Lee in the second round of the 2014 draft, Blackmon could conceivably re-emerge as Jacksonville's go-to receiver. On a less encouraging note, Blake Bortles struggled badly as a rookie, and the Jags still have a weak offensive line. There are a ton of different factors at play here, but Blackmon's talent makes him intriguing in any dynasty format.
