Jaguars declared DE Aaron Kampman, DB Rod Issac, CB Kevin Rutland, C John Estes, RT Eben Britton, TE Zach Miller, and WR Jarett Dillard inactive for Week 1 against the Titans. We're not sure how the Jaguars are going to stop even a relatively mediocre Tennessee offense with their current lineup. Kampman, easily the team's best pass rusher, has recovered slowly from his latest ACL tear. Miller is injured, as is often the case. With Dillard inactive, it appears rookie Cecil Shorts has won the team's third wideout and slot receiver job.
