Jaguars claimed QB Mike Kafka off waivers from the Patriots. The pipeline of former Patriots to Northern Florida continues unabated. If not for the Raiders, the Jaguars would have the worst quarterback situation in the league, but Kafka still isn't a realistic candidate to crack the 53-man roster. He simply doesn't have the arm strength.
