Jaguars agreed to terms with P Matt Turk, formerly of the Texans. Jacksonville takes a big step down from Adam Podlesh, who left for big bucks in Chicago. Podlesh is 28 years old and finished tied for fourth in the league in net punting average last season. Turk is 43 years old and ranked 21st.
