In the event that the NFL and NFL Players Association pass a revised drug policy, NFL.com reports that Gordon could have his suspension reduced to 10 games.
It's a notion echoed by ESPN's Adam Schefter, who previously suggested that Gordon's one-year suspension for violating the league's substance abuse policy could be reduced to eight games. In any case, while the situation remains fluid, there seems to be movement toward some sort of resolution that could finally clarify Gordon's 2014 playing status.
As long as you can make it to the playoffs with him on your bench them keep him. Is nothing on waivers that could replace his value. If you get in a pinch try a trade
I dont understand how he is still getting 10 games for what is now a passed test. It makes no sense at all especially when guys like welker who where taking much worse drugs

this makes no sense. the result of the new agreement means his failed test is now a passed test and he still gets a 10 week suspension?
