EDGE Analysis
Per Jay Glazer of FOX Sports, the injury to Brady's right thumb is a ligament strain, but it would have been difficult to tell based on yet another sharp performance Thursday night. The unflappable future Hall of Famer just missed out on his fourth 300-yard effort of the season, but he still rewarded fantasy managers with a pair of touchdown tosses to O.J. Howard and Antonio Brown in the first quarter. Brady now boasts a 17:3 TD:INT following Thursday's production, and he'll have extra down time to rest the thumb ahead of a Week 7 home matchup against the Bears a week from Sunday.
