Fulgham was signed to the Broncos' practice squad Wednesday, Aric DiLalla of the team's official site reports.

Fulgham was cut from Miami's practice squad Monday, and it didn't take long for him to latch on to a new team. He totaled 38 receptions for 539 yards and four touchdowns with the Eagles last season but has yet to see game action in 2021.
