Harris (ankle) has been ruled out of Sunday night's game against the Cowboys.

Harris suffered an ankle injury during last weekend's loss to the Steelers, and although he was able to practice in a limited capacity Thursday, the return specialist won't be healthy enough to play this Sunday. As a result of Harris missing Week 14's contest against his former team, Bobby Rainey could be promoted to handle the Giants' kick and punt return duties.
