Giants SS Kenny Phillips (knee) has been ruled out for Week 7. Missing Phillips and oft-used nickel 'backer Jacquian Williams, the Giants will be minus two of their rangiest defenders against the Redskins. It could bite them a bit against a fast-clicking Redskins offense led by Robert Griffin III.
