Broughton signed with the Chiefs' practice squad Tuesday, Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com reports.

Broughton originally joined the Chiefs in February, but he began training camp on the PUP list. and he was ultimately waived with an injury settlement Aug. 5. Now healthy, Broughton has been brought back and will try and work his way to the active roster.
