Terrell suffered his concussion in the Falcons' Week 2 loss to Tampa Bay and was unable to play in Week 3. The cornerback managed to return to his first full practice in over a week Wednesday and he could be made available for Week 4 if he passes through the league's concussion protocols quickly. Expect T.J. Green to see extended snaps Sunday against Washington if Terrell can't play.
