Fowler (knee) has officially been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Fowler was able to return to practice Friday after dealing with a knee problem, but still will not play Sunday. The 25-year-old recorded his second touchdown of the season in Week 12's loss to the Chiefs on a 76 yard reception. The team was originally optimistic he would be able to go, but Cody Latimer and Jordan Norwood should be in line for more snaps in his absence.
