Forte got his first looks of the preseason on Saturday after battling hamstring issues as of late and made his way through the first half. The veteran back has been a fantasy staple for nearly a decade, but faces a tall order on a team devoid of many other weapons and uncertainty at quarterback. Forte posted career lows in rushing and receiving yardage last season and, while he is certainly on the downside of his career, it is important to note that new offensive coordinator John Morton hails from the Saints and surely knows of ways to get talented pass-catching backs like Forte the ball.
