Felony charges against free agent Garrett Wolfe of grand theft and resisting an officer with violence have been downgraded to misdemeanor. The state attorney's office announced "no action" in Wolfe's case, which essentially drops the felony charges. The one-count misdemeanor charge is expected to be resolved in 30-60 days. Wolfe's record was clean prior to his arrest in May. The special teams ace's future with the Bears is up in the air.
