Coach Zac Taylor said Friday that Waynes (hamstring) is expected to have an extended stay on injured reserve, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.

Waynes was sidelined for the first three weeks of the season with a hamstring injury and was able to briefly return to action before aggravating it again during Week 5's loss to the Packers. Taylor said they will be cautious with the 29-year-old corner and likely keep him on IR longer than the three-week minimum.
