Executive VP Stephen Jones said he expects Kyle Orton to report to the Cowboys. Orton skipped voluntary workouts last week but is expected to arrive for mandatory minicamp in June. He has plenty of reason to show up. If Orton retires, he'd owe the Cowboys $3 million. He'd also be throwing away the opportunity to earn his $3.25 million base salary. Orton should be back as Tony Romo's caddy.
