Fulgham was promoted to the active roster from the practice squad Friday, Ben Swanson of the Broncos' official site reports.

Fulgham has a chance to make an impact Sunday against the Chargers, with Jerry Jeudy (illness) and Tim Patrick (illness) currently on the COVID list and Courtland Sutton possibly joining them. Fulgham had a breakout 2020 campaign with the Eagles, catching 38 passes on 67 targets for 539 yards and four touchdowns. However, the Old Dominion product was let go by the Eagles in October. After a stint with the Dolphins' practice squad, Fulgham signed with Denver's on Dec. 15. Yet to play in 2021, Fulgham will look to flash the big-play ability he showed last season with the Eagles, if he earns the chance.
