Eagles declared QB Mike Kafka, RE Trent Cole, LT Jason Peters, SS Jaiquawn Jarrett, CB Curtis Marsh, G/C Julian Vandervelde and OG Kyle DeVan inactive for Week 5 against the Bills. DEs Darryl Tapp and Juqua Parker are both active for the first time since Week 2. Their returns are well timed with Cole expected to miss roughly three weeks with a strained calf. With Peters out, OT Winston Justice is active for the first time in 2011. Kafka's deactivation leaves the Eagles with just Michael Vick and Vince Young at quarterback, and is a pretty good indication Vick's hand injury is no longer a major concern.
