Eagles coach Doug Pederson expects Redskins cornerback Josh Norman to shadow Jeffery on Sunday, PennLive.com's Aaron Kasinitz reports.
EDGE Analysis
Pederson pointed out that Norman followed Jeffery around the field when the Redskins and Bears played in Week 16 last season. Jeffery caught five of 10 targets for 92 yards, but Norman won the day with a pair of interceptions on hideous passes from Matt Barkley. Playing with a much better quarterback this time around, Jeffery should only get a modest downgrade for the matchup. Norman is a first-rate playmaker, but he's not quite on the Patrick Peterson-Richard Sherman level when it comes to limiting opponents' receiving production.
Ain't saying he should still be started, but fyi, Jeffery's three best route-types that he enjoys the highest percentage of success with are the three route-types Norman most struggles to cover. And this seems to be backed up by Jeffery going 5 catches for 92 yards on 10 targets against Norman's coverage in Week 16 last year. And that was with Matt Barkley throwing the passes.

Jeffery or Diggs?

Or John Brown? I need to play two of these four receivers: Jeffery, T. Pryor, Diggs, or J.Brown.
