Eagles coach Andy Reid confirmed that Jeremy Maclin's conditioning remains an issue after he lost 15 pounds during the offseason while battling a mono-like virus. "He obviously has to get in better shape," said Reid. Maclin insists he's back to his playing weight, but the offseason fluctuation and inability to do any physical activity has him well behind the curve. On Monday, Reid wouldn't commit to Maclin being ready for Week 1. Expect a slow start to Maclin's season.

i took maclin with a middle 9th round on a 12 teams league.

I hope to use him as an ´´exchange money´´.

Or if he can play at least 10 games it would be worth the risk of taking him at 9th rd.

uhh... 9th round in 12 team league is great value dude!

maclin will be fine by week 3 and he's a huuuuuuuuge part of that offense!

philly needs him if they want to win

How can they have no idea what is wrong with him? That makes me incredibly nervous about having used a keeper tag on him. He's not even really startable, as of right now.

Anybody have any clue what could be going on, here?

he had some kind of mono sickness and lost some weight, but hes on the road to recovery... look for him to be back to his old form by week 3 at the latest.

he's becoming a real steal in drafts cause people are so afraid of him right now, but i saw an interview with him and he looks confident! guys got a great attitude and a strong work ethic!

another big year from maclin awaits!
