Doug Baldwin has yet to sign the second-round tender the Seahawks offered him in March. Because he is only a restricted free agent, Baldwin does have the opportunity to negotiate and sign a deal with another team, but that does not appear to be his intention. Baldwin worked out with a group of Seahawk players last week and signed a waiver to participate in voluntary workouts this week. He also said he is interested in working out a long-term deal with Seattle. Baldwin will be a Seahawk in 2014 and has some upside as their No. 2 receiver.
