Doug Baldwin (ankle) was upgraded to full participation in Thursday's practice. Coach Pete Carroll considered Baldwin a "long shot" at the outset of Week 9, but it now appears that he's on track to play against the Vikings. He's not a fantasy option at 100 percent, much less when playing through an ankle sprain.
