Dolphins nickel CB Jimmy Wilson left Thursday night's game against the Bills with an upper body injury. Wilson came around the edge on a corner blitz and banged his neck/head area on Bills LT Cordy Glenn's knee. R.J. Stanford would be left as the lone back-up to starters Sean Smith and Nolan Carroll.
