Doctson (Achilles) will be out for at least another week or two, ESPN.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Initially expected to return within the first two weeks of training camp, Doctson has already missed nearly three weeks of practice and apparently isn't progressing as expected. At this point, it's fair to question whether he'll make an appearance during the preseason, as he's been dealing with the same Achilles issue since at least mid-June. Doctson's continued absence has probably ruined any shot he might have had to push Pierre Garcon or Jamison Crowder for the No. 2/3 wide receiver jobs ahead of Week 1.

crowder is going to replace DJax and Doctson will replace Garcon..... NEXT year. neither had a chance to do that this year. Redskins are prepairing to shed lots of WR payroll in the next off season while remaining competitive by grooming them this season. that was the plan all along.
